The Santa Fe: Southwestern Turkey Sandwich

Syracuse Gay Bondage

The Santa Fe Southwestern Turkey Sandwich is a burger with a southwestern twist that tastes great. Chili powder, cumin, and green chiles are used to season juicy turkey patties. They are then topped with pepper jack cheese, fresh vegetables, and tangy salsa. Every bite tastes like the Southwest

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced canned green chiles
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of pepper jack cheese
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced red onion
  • Sliced avocado
  • Salsa
  • Sour cream

Instructions:

Put breadcrumbs, diced red onion, diced red bell pepper, diced green bell pepper, diced green chiles, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl

Mix the ingredients together

Mix everything together well

Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty

Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready

They should be cooked all the way through and have nice grill marks after 5 to 6 minutes on each side

Put a slice of pepper jack cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking and let it melt

Fry or grill the burger buns for a few seconds on each side while the patties are cooking

To put the burgers together, start with a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun

Then add a turkey patty with melted cheese, tomatoes, red onion, and avocado slices

Take the top bun and put it on top of the burger

Spread salsa and sour cream on it

Enjoy it hot with your favorite sides
