Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup frozen French fries
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready
Shape the ground beef into four burger patties that are all the same size
Add salt and pepper to taste
For medium-rare, put the burger patties on the grill or griddle and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side
You can change the cooking time to suit your taste
Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and cover it for the last minute of cooking to melt the cheese
Do what it says on the package and bake the frozen French fries until they are crispy and golden brown while the burgers are cooking
Put the bourbon and barbecue sauce in a small saucepan and mix them together
Let the sauce cook off the alcohol and get a little thicker over low heat for about 5 minutes
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together
On top, put a cheeseburger patty that has been cooked
Put the bourbon barbecue sauce on top of the burger
Large amounts of crispy French fries should be put on top of the sauce
Add lettuce leaves and sliced red onion on top
On top, put the top half of the bun
If necessary, use a toothpick to hold the burger in place
Hot French Fry Bourbon Burgers should be served with extra sauce and fries on the side
Have fun
