Chronic Inflammation Turmeric Ginger Lemonade

This refreshing lemonade infused with turmeric and ginger is not only delicious but also packed with anti-inflammatory properties. Its perfect for combating chronic inflammation and promoting overall wellness.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and fresh mint for garnish

Instructions:

Water, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, turmeric, ginger, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a small saucepan

Over medium-low heat, stir the mixture a few times to make it simmer

Take it off the heat when it starts to simmer and let it cool down a bit

Using a fine-mesh sieve, pour the mixture into a pitcher

Throw away any solids that come out of the process

After the mixture has cooled to room temperature, put it in the fridge to get cold

Put it on ice cubes and top with fresh mint and lemon slices
