Ingredients:
- 8 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup shredded cooked turkey
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh sage
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
Instructions:
Spread pumpkin puree on 4 slices of bread
Top each with shredded turkey, cheddar cheese, and chopped sage
Cover with remaining bread slices to make sandwiches
Spread butter on the outsides of the sandwiches
Heat a skillet over medium heat
