Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Beat the eggs together in a bowl until they are well mixed
Mix in the cream cheese until its smooth
Mix in the salt, xanthan gum, and coconut flour one tablespoon at a time until a dough forms
Use a rolling pin to make the dough very thin on a surface lined with parchment paper
Cut the dough into thin strips that look like noodles with a sharp knife or pizza cutter
Heat up some salty water in a pot
Slowly add the noodles to the boiling water
Cook for two to three minutes, or until they float to the top
Dont put the noodles back in the water
Instead, drain them well
Put it on right away and top it with your favorite keto-friendly sauce or toppings
